As part of our latest show, The Fabric of America: Artists in Protest, Tristan Eaton releases this Limited Edition Gyclee with Deckled Edges, available in 2 sizes: 18" x 24" (edition of 75) and 36" x 48" (Hand Embellished edition of 5), 2020. Each work is hand signed and numbered. The large, hand-embellished gyclee is is hand cut and hand embellished with gold spray paint, custom stencil, splatter effects, and hand painted detail. Museum of Graffiti exclusive. The print features an important and iconic moment during their medal ceremony in the Olympic Stadium in Mexico City on October 16, 1968, where Tommie Smith and John Carlos, two African-American athletes, each raised a black-gloved fist during the playing of the US national anthem.
