Case Studyo and Mike Lee are proud to present their first collaboration: 'Bump & Grind', a playful representation of two carefree figures having a night on the town. The sculpture is cast in the finest of white porcelain and captures a couple sharing a spontaneous and intimate moment of dance. While the figures are distilled down to rudimentary shapes and ridden of recognizable features, the artist manages to convey two strong characters each with their own specific personality. Filled with the dynamic movement, the sculpture is anything but static, making it seem as if the couple's dance could reprise at any given movement. The piece captures a specific impromptu moment of shared joy, a connection between two people only focused on each other and completely living in the moment.
