"A lot of my older work was very process driven with the main goal being to capture and hold the audiences attention aesthetically, letting the viewer attach their own meaning and interpretation to each piece. While this new body of work purposfully continues along that same path it also attempts to inject more of my own personal narrative into the work as well as reoccurring themes and ideas of history, memory and the cyclical nature of life and existence. 'Rain Or Shine' serves as a prelude to this work and these ideas. The loose, dynamic rendering leaves the image in a state of motion.
