Viveros’ classic ‘PUNCH DRUNK IN LOVE’ will be issued this Monday September 16th, in two very special editions. The first is a very limited hand-embellished framed edition along with Brian’s 1st ever timed release. Up first is a very limited hand-embellished fine art giclee print with each print being custom framed with matting and molding hand-picked by Brian along with a number of hand embellishments to the image itself. If that wasn’t enough, each framed hand-embellished edition also comes with a float mounted Evillast embroidered patch (only 100 of these were made). Each edition comes with one mounted and one loose for you to put on your favorite item of clothing or a bag, completely up to you. This is one of the more stunning editions we have had the honor of publishing and are excited to share it with you all. Only 40 copies of this very special edition will be made available. The original painting was featured in Thinkspace Gallery recent sold out exhibit with Viveros at SCOPE Miami during Art Basel week this past December. The ‘War of the Roses’ exhibit featured some of Brian’s most powerful paintings to date and both new edition are prime examples of his compelling and highly sought after work. From the artist about the hand embellishing:. “For each one of these special edition prints of ‘Punch Drunk In Love’ I hand embellished each one individually by adding flesh tone and shading throughout the print with my custom micron airbrush. It really brings the print to life and ads so much more. I then went over the blood and added rich red highlights with brush and watercolor so the reds really POP! These subtleties make each print truly unique and I’m really happy with the end result and how these prints turned out. Most importantly, I wanted to give to you the collector a piece that is really special to hang on your wall and not just your everyday ordinary print.”. For those unable to acquire the hand-embellished framed edition, we’re also excited to announce Viveros’ first open edition print release. Brian is making ‘PUNCH DRUNK IN LOVE’ available for a 24-hour period ONLY. Once the 24 hour time period is up, all print sales will end and Brian will number the edition based off the sales within that period. The hand-embellished print will go up for sale first and be issued this Monday, September 16th at 9AM PST and the open edition will then be issued at 10AM PST and be available for purchase until Tuesday, September 17th at 9:59AM and then will be pulled from the Thinkspace website.
