"The Godfather of Street Art", as Ron is known, created Virgin Romance in celebration of feminine grace and fortitude, contrasting the central Madonna (as in, Saint Mary) figure with imagery inspired by vintage Wonder Woman comics. Coulrophobic Clown evokes the Noël of Nutcracker Suite and Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, using the macabre and melancholic to imbue a different kind of festive atmosphere.
