CNPD mint stamp sheets of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class Smiley Riot Shield stamps commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Peterloo Massacre. Issued on the occasion of the exhibition "From _______ To ________" at the People's History Museum, Manchester. 9th August – 8th September 2019. These are the first CNPD stamps issued since the 10th Anniversary Edition of Stamps of Mass Destruction in 2013. Set of three gummed and perforated stamp sheets on archival matt paper. Sheets measure 17 x 25.3 cm. Numbered edition of 50.
